Wilhelm Fischer manufacture the LeadStar 800/850 lead conditioning system originally developed by Rood Technology GmbH.

The LeadStar 800/850 is a fully programmable, single stage lead conditioning process, that provides highest flexibility by lowest cost of ownership with its minimized number of change kit components. The changeover procedure is just a matter of a few minutes without any adjustments involved.

This very successful concept was extended by Rood Technology with the development and introduction of the “Flexible Chuck” concept, which reduces conversion kit costs furthermore and allows to handle a range of package types with an individual change kit.
